Approximate one way fare to Washington DC is $57 - $61.
While you can only use Washington Flyer Taxicabs when departing the airport. Other local taxicabs can take you to Dulles Airport.
Outbound service: No reservation required. Go to the "Taxi Passengers" area on the lower level of the Main Terminal, where a Taxicab Dispatcher is always on duty.
Wheelchair-accessible minibuses accommodate one person in their wheelchair and three more passengers. Smoking and non-smoking vehicles available by request.

Baggage Claim
Baggage for arriving domestic flights at Washington Dulles International is transported by airlines to the Baggage Claim Level of the Main Terminal. Baggage on international flights is processed in the Federal Inspection areas. Baggage Information Display Boards located throughout the airport show the location of the baggage claim area for each arriving flight.

Getting to the Plane
All departing passengers must pass through security checkpoint located on the Departures (upper) Level of the Main Terminal. From there, use walkways to reach Concourses A, B, or Z. Or ride a mobile lounge to reach Concourses A, B, C, or D.

Open 24/7 to all faith traditions. Located in Concourse B across from Gate B28.

International Arrivals
Passengers arriving on international flights are transported by mobile lounges from the plane to the International Arrivals Building (IAB) located at the west end of the Main Terminal. Once cleared through the IAB, passengers enter the terminal adjacent to Baggage Claim Carousel #15. From the Main Terminal, this is located inside Arrivals Door #1 and #2.

Lost & Found
Passengers attempting to locate lost items should check with their airline or Airport Police.

Paging
Paging for Main Terminal only is available at Travelers Aid Desk, (703) 572-8296. This service can also be arranged by contacting the airline on which the passenger is arriving or departing.

Picking up Passengers at the Main Terminal
To pick up arriving passengers, drivers should follow signs to the Arrivals Level curbside. Arriving passengers proceed from Baggage Claim up a ramp and outside to the Arrivals Level curbside to meet transportation.

Skycap Services/Baggage Assistance
Skycap services (baggage porters) are available curbside and throughout the Airport.

Smoke-Free Facility
Smoking is permitted outside the Main Terminal and in smoking lounges located in Concourses B, C and D.

The Scania OmniDekka is a double-decker bus built by Scania of Sweden for sale in the UK. The model is based on the N94UD (with a small number based on newer Scania N230UD/N270UD) chassis and is currently sold in the UK with a body by East Lancashire Coachbuilders, based on similar bodies mounted on Alexander Dennis, VDL and Volvo chassis but with a modified front, similar to the OmniCity which instantly makes the bus recognisable as a Scania product.

After a few years of production of the OmniDekka, Scania produced its own body on the N94UD, similar to what it already does on the OmniCity, named the OmniCity double decker. A prototype was delivered to Travel West Midlands, with a small number of production buses being built for Transdev London and Lothian Buses. Plans for Wrightbus bodywork on the N94UD chassis were dropped after Wrightbus experienced difficulty adapting the bodywork for the chassis.

Scania came late to the low floor double decker bus market, having for many years offered only the single deck L94UB on a Wright body to UK operators. Despite this, the OmniDekka has sold well, especially with those who had previously operated Scania double deckers but had since ordered other products. Large operators include Go-Ahead Group companies Brighton and Hove, Metrobus as well as council owned Reading Buses, and Nottingham City Transport. High profile uses of the OmniDekka include use by First Group on service X53 in Devon and Dorset which operates a long distance service along the Jurassic Coast between Exeter and Bournemouth and by Stagecoach on Corby Star services in Corby, Northamptonshire which have helped Stagecoach battle against taxis in the area.
